Robert Cooper is a company founded in 1983 based on its excellent links to the American military and placing them in top quality accommodation and providing them a first class service. Serving the American military meant cutting our teeth back in the early 80s with a customer base who were used to great service so this became the foundation of our business. From here our objective was to make each client each person we interact with an evangelist of Robert Cooper and as we are fast approaching our 40th anniversary we are doing something right. A lot is similar to when we first opened our doors back in 1983 which was Margaret Thatcher's UK, but also a lot has changed. We still believe that first class service should be the minimum you can expect from us and we can guarantee we will always strive to break new ground in achieving the highest possible price for your home. Over and over again we have broken records for achieving the highest price for every property type in HA4 and HA5.
We do this by employing a mix of old and new techniques we still ring around and speak to our applicants as we believe that talking to our clients is the best way to communicate. We also utilise the latest technology, as we advertise on all main property portals including Rightmove Zoopla, Facebook Market Place, On The Market, Boomin and OneDome to name a few, as well as utilising augmented reality in how we map the footprint of your home. We also utilise virtual tours facetime viewings and offer floor plans and professional photography on lettings and sales properties. Our objective has always been and always will be to achieve the highest possible price and this is why we pride ourselves on the records we set.
We are also one of the few companies who employ property managers and have them based in our office because we passionately believe that there is no substitute for local knowledge, and being able to speak to someone who lives in the area rather than what a lot of our competitors do by farming out the work to call centres in parts of the country that are hundreds of miles away and by people that don’t know Eastcote, Pinner or Ruislip. Our staff have lived in and worked in the area so you can be confident that all our staff know the local area as well as you do.
Lastly, as we hate the negative perception the public has of people in our industry, we do everything we can to steer clear of the stereotypes. We are a family business and you can be guaranteed that if you come in to see us in 1 year or 10 years you will most likely see some of the same faces as there are several generations of our family that work in the office.
On top of this we make sure all members of staff are industry qualified or in the process of becoming industry qualified so that we can prove we know what we are talking about.
